The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking an energetic and technically-oriented individual to help support CBN’s telephony network and telephone users at its Virginia Beach campus. This position is open to entry-level applicants as well as experienced technicians; training will be provided. Responsible for day-to-day operations such as telephone moves/adds/changes, replacing faulty telephones, installing/rewiring cables, and other tasks necessary to support CBN’s telephone users. Performs the first-level analysis necessary to resolve problems or qualify problems for escalation.
